Urban Design Group to Relocate from Galleria to Buckhead

Urban Design Group (UDG) has signed a lease for 7,518 square feet in the Prominence building at 3475 Piedmont Rd in Atlanta GA.
Wes Vaughan, Cresa Atlanta Advisor, assisted the architectural firm with the relocation decision. Jeff Bellamy of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the owners of the building, GA-Buckhead, LLC.
Prominence in Buckhead is a 19 story, Class A office tower with more than 424,000 square feet of office space. It is located at the intersection of Piedmont Road and Lenox Road, near GA 400. The building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2011 for its operating efficiency and is now at 96 percent occupancy.
Urban Design Group is a 37-year old multidisciplinary architectural firm, with offices in Dallas and Atlanta. The Atlanta studio was established in 1989 and currently employs 18 full-time staff, including 8 registered architects. Urban Design Group designed three of the Galleria office buildings (400, 600 and 700 buildings) and they have been a tenant at Galleria for the past 10 years.
